I’m doing a more in depth dive into liquid myself lately.
Looks like you can still follow transaction history on liquid it just keeps value amounts confidential.
Thanks. I guess there is a liquid mempool so still an ability to track utxo. It may obfuscate things to send Random amounts out at random times to peg out back to BTC.
I think an alternative could be BTC to liquid and then multiple transactions to lightning if you were going to spend it. This way I think the liquid to lightning steps would obfuscate things and be a lot less fees than transferring backt to main chain.
