AMRAP 10min

8 - Single Arm DB Hang Clean & Jerk, 40 lb

12 - Single Arm DB Suitcase Box Step Up, 40 lb 24"

12 - Wall Ball, 20 lb

ended with 4rds + 10 as usual I finished on the ground, regretting many life choices
