I experience that from time to time and change clients back and forth. I suppose it from updates and changes and stuff.

Did you get a paid relay yet? And have you been using https://www.nostr.build

If you’re on your phone try updating the app. Damus was doing the same thing to me then I updated and it worked fine

I had the same with Damus — App Store upgrade fixed it immediately.
