I’d say ours is a little closer to the “real human diet” than pure carnivore. Less than 100g carbs per day and the rest is generally ground beef, bacon, venison, butter, steak, eggs, mussels, salmon, prawns, and liver. No pure sugar of any kind.

I wish I had known about the evils of diet I was taught by the Canada Food Guide as a kid, much earlier in my life before I screwed up my metabolism and increased my risk for certain illnesses.

Do you drink fruit juices ? Smoothies ? Only water ?

Mostly water. Very very limited fruit juice. My biggest stumbling block right now is that I do like having more than a few shots of spirits on weekends lol.
