To combat insomnia, today I already attempted to stay awake through past the 3am that had been the final time I slept for at least the previous 3 days, last night.

I had started to get an intuition that it was all the blinken lights that were keeping me awake, and indeed maybe sometime last week I remember getting a proper sleep when I turned everything off.

My friend has also been struggling with getting the sleep schedule right, and I know that for sure the tech is a huge factor, and also the caffeine, I have been moving towards reducing my intake and limiting it to the first half of daytime, nothing after noon.

I'm ravenously consuming the words of Apocalypse at the moment and my phone has kindle installed. So, airplane mode, and strictly no turning it on, no matter what the big bright idea is. Sleep shall happen at or before 10pm, the phone shalt be fully turned off at 9:30.
