Do you want for mobile phones to pull 5mb gif for every user? Damus also limits pfp size. This is pfp that is never displayed at more than 150 ox square on any client. The 12 fps is half of 24fps which is film standard, and half is a common gif approach 🐶🐾🫡
it will mess w edits
i often tried lower fps but it just rly skews the lightning with lense flares.. minimum of 20 fps needed mostly
