3 weeks staying committed to 50 pull ups every day.
1050 pull ups in the month of June so far. It’s not a lot.
But it’s enough to challenge me to stick to what I committed to.
Some days are easy. Get it done first thing and move on with my days.
Other days like today, I push it till later and my lazy self keeps trying to convince me to drop the ball. It only gets harder as the day goes. I feel like that where the resilience is built.
I’m going to stick to this, and add more good habits on top.
Self confidence will follow from there.
If you don’t respect yourself to keep your own promises, you’d be a fool to think that others will respect you.
