Seed oils, sugar (all sugars), and grains are making us fat. It’s that simple. Anyone that’s taken these things out of their diet has lost weight. 100% of them. It’s fact. There are all sorts of other problems on a cellular level with pesticides, preservatives, food coloring, etc. But getting fat comes from seed oils, sugar, and grains.
