Yeah but... As the owner of both red andere blue, your purple is a derivate work based on illegal use of my property. So, pay up! 🤷♂️
Purple is not a derivative of red and blue, its its own frequency and can exist standalone without the existence of red and blue,
Red and blue just happen to constructively add to purple a happy coincidence but does not make it derivative.
I keep purple, I rest my case.
