I just paid 2 dollars to add a tomato SLICE to my bagel. I wasn't ready for that. 💀
Problem easily solved by carrying a tomato and a knife everywhere you go.

Can confirm. I never leave home with an onion, a tomato, a knife, and a towel.
The towel perhaps being the most important of all, especially if your plans involve interstellar travel.
