Debts should only be issued to people with names. issuing debt to imaginary entities like countries or corporations is the root of many problems as the people who push such practice and benefit do that with zero liability like pigs in the mud.

so on a bitcoin standard, although debts will be very rare and because bitcoin is the elimination for the need for credit, debts should only be issued agaisnt people with names only.
