I really think it should be every parents responsibility to teach their children how to be safe online, and restrict their access when they are young.

Not the government.

I had unrestricted access to the internet when I was young.

See plenty of shit on 4chan and rotten dot com all those nasty two girls one cup type websites.

We would send each other gore videos etc. for no reason just get look at this messed up shit.

I was way too young and friends with bad influences.

This wouldn't have stopped me seeing any of that anyway.
