Pulled a little chicken enchilada filling from the freezer and turned it into a lunch omelette. Don't ask for the enchiladas recipe. I made them back in November. A lot has changed at the workplace since then. Otherwise, it's a little cheddar,a little cream cheese, salt pepper, some Tapatio hot sauce.

The gas has been restored!
