Police had no power to remove licence from elderly man before fatal crash, inquest told
An inquest has heard an elderly man who died after driving on the wrong side of a highway in 2019 was pulled over by police weeks earlier. The officer says he believes the man was "incapable of driving on the road at the time", but could not stop him from driving.
