From my entirely half-assed attempt to inform myself, it looks like all Iran can do is hit rather haphazardly with their stockpile of missiles, while Israel is methodically crippling Iran's current and future capabilities. And some accounts here are trying to put the best batshit spin that they can on that latter part.
