Yes that is correct. The indigenous in Alberta are embargoed by swift. They need bitcoin to drill on their lands as USD and CAD simply are blocked. If they could find a bitcoiner that would work with them to get the wells drilled (Lowhanging fruit to start) then the bitcoiner could partake in the profits according to contract.
