Whenever “experts warn” you can be assured it’s a risk worth taking. Because if it the risk truly outweighed the reward, they wouldn’t need the “experts” to weigh in at all, they’d let the market sort it out.

The most benign way to think of the “experts” is they’re fucking mush — a bunch of midwits with zero alpha to offer, a good barometer of norm ignorance. That’s best case. Worst case is they purposely making sure people stay unhealthy, broke, unhappy and unfree.
