Yes and I understand that it's more difficult for some people than others and I can sympathize with them for that. Sustained change is more challenging for some people even when they're genuinely trying. That doesn't excuse poor choices. I hope your sister is doing well. What matters is if she's trying. If she is then God bless her I will pray that she maintains that motivation.
