I have a question, how do you know the mint service that you can trust? I’m not trying to shade any projects I literally just don’t know the answer.

exactly… it really is excellent even though the main downside is the trust element. it makes the most sense as part of a community, joining mints you know personally, or ones recommended from people you know

my favorite use right now with it is for privacy, it’s just definitely not great for keeping any real amount of funds in for any length of time

I’d say that if someone was rugged just one time that it would ruin the reputation of the business but after watching for a few years people don’t seem to care they just want to gamble. I’d think that the bitcoin community wouldn’t be as kind to that type of behavior.
