On #Damus there are NSFW filter and Relay filters.

Yeah, the NSFW filter is hidden somewhere in the settings.

The relay filter is on the universe page top right corner. Generally, filtering to relays with the Bitcoin logo (paid) only relays improves Universe significantly.
