I literally don't know.
For years I have operated with the mindset that I know only small amounts of the big picture.
I will probably never know all of the picture, only hope I can know enough to get the job done and get food on the table. The rest is vanity metrics.

It's often the people around you that make you feel we have to pretend we know. Some people actually lose their shit when you actually say 'I dont know the answer, let's try figure it out'.
There was definitely pressure as a child to pretend you know and it's taken years for me to feel completely comfortable saying I don't know, even in disciplines I am well versed in.
