You are being attacked through the onramp. They are bearing the cost of carrying out the attack, apologetically, but they are not the target. It's citizens who are being monitored for exit, not corporations.

These are not mutually exclusive.
This is an AML "pat down" as somebody put it, within the conversation they implicitly confirmed it, and I know what triggered it. But if nobody plays the game, the ramp goes away. I'd rather be co-operative because it's bitcoin only, legitimate, low fees, instant withdrawals. The alternative is, slower adoption.
