Eventually it may be representative of 75% of the global population, have its own currency or basket of currencies and even fully circumvent the US dollars reserve status. Specifically for member nations.

Preach. If a developing country had to choose between the Brics (basically china’s way of doing things) and the west (basically US) it’s much more straight forward to go with china. They don’t care about your ideology. They just want the products/resources and will put in infrastructure to make that easier for themselves.

They have taken some pages out of the western playbook so I’m curious to see how those play out in the long run in places like Africa
