I hate my shitty apartment, but because I rent one of the cheapest places in the valley, anywhere else I move to will be *at least* 200 more in rent.

I'll probably stay here a couple more years. Save more money, stack more sats.

Feel you. My rent just went up $300 , now paying $2850. And even that is a steal nowadays in my city 🥲😭
