This has to be the most troubling nature video I’ve EVER watched. No carnivore can be as cruel as an elephant with an attitude.

He doesn’t just “scare away” this offensive rhino to “teach it a lesson”… he has to “end it” (after a moment of pause) by stabbing a tusk into its belly AND THEN twisting his head to tear open the wound. This poor Rhino will not survive.

What could have possibly driven this elephant to such a rage? What drives US to rage? At what cost?

Sentience counts for nothing if we are STUCK only acting on rage.
