Yeah, so that rule is kinda useless now. I shall follow your example soon!
Tbh I think it depends. If you get really fresh Weißwürst from your local Butcher I'd say eat them at least on the same day. Not necessarily before noon. if you buy them wrapped from a Supermarket they last for week unless opened. They taste like that too. 🤣
