There is no space between. You just concatenated Human with Rights.

Oh, NIP-23 articles you can post from clients like habla.news might have a field for tags separated by commas or something. I forgot about that
There might also be a way to attach those kind of tags to other posts, but most clients will only support tags with no spaces, so these won't show up in a lot of clients
