I now try to set fees to 500 ppm and wait a bit, then allow my LNDg to drop it gradually over a week 🐶🐾🫡

nice. i have a similar setup. my default fee is set to 1000 ppm so it doesn't drain automatically, then Lighting Terminal takes over to manage fees.
