I totally hear you. I’m a fan of disruption that takes me out of my comfort zone and will be making a relocation move to an unfamiliar place to trigger a new start. Scary but fuck it 😂
It's a hard choice especially if you have kids and a mortgage.
Steady pay check has a lot of weight.
I stayed until my kids were grown and on their own.
Left a place after 19 years with great insurance and pension plans. But after experiencing all the above for so many years it was time.
Here I am almost 20 years later and id be doing better financially had I stayed but I wouldnt have experienced the life i have had I stayed so I have no regrets.
