Why should they host your content for free? Hosting costs money. If you don't want your content to be monetized outside of your control, don't use a "free" hosting service
I agree with you. It's important in my opinion that users are not in the dark about where nostr is and will continue to head.
Looks like boilerplate contract/TOS language to me. Not necessarily nefarious. In today's lawsuit happy world it may come to the point that every relay operator will need such language to protect themselves as a platform from some of the content passing through their system. It is good to make everyone aware of this however...
