i have become quite overwhelmed with anxiety today

i keep the verse Philippians 4:6-7 above my desk now for a reason, to remind myself what i should do when i am in such a state

it came to me the first time as i sat in rome, homeless, almost no money, no idea what to do, and out of the blue a friend sent it to me

seems like today is another good day to remember this verse and practice what it teaches
