As a kid growing up in the early 90s it would’ve been absolutely inconceivable that something could come along and break TVs dominance / importance in the American household.

And phones too. Only spammers call me on the phone. I’ve auto forwarded all calls to voicemail that hasn’t been set up. I couldn’t have imagined no longer needing to dial phone numbers.
Oh my god yeah the smartphone of today was a pure sci-fi fantasy even when I was finishing high school in 2002-2003. Crazy to think about how fast things are moving.
