But the beauty is you need not define the WoT interpretation, leave it up to the client. Sure, a preferred filter is nice, and also let the clients determine more elegant filters themselves
that's why everyone is starting to adopt #WoT filtering and whitelist based access control to relays, i made https://smesh.mleku.dev so i could have those settings persistent and use it the same on my phone instead of amethyst. i'm not sure about which WoT systems to go with yet though, i help with building some new systems that will be releasing in the next season or so.
