If you are legit and interested in growing other species of mushroom let me know, in about 7 months when it starts to get cold again I'll be foraging the seasonal native mushrooms.
I'd happily send spore prints(these won't be clean as they are wild mushrooms) to any serious grower that wants to start growing a wood lover species.
Subs are really easy to grow, but getting them to fruit out of season is difficult, they require cold temperatures (below 10°c)with good fae and high humidity to fruit.
