Thought this was a very comprehensive, all-in-one-place article on thyroid health. Low-carb diets/intermittent fasting can wreck people's metabolism - especially women. They can be doing everything right in regard to diet/exercise/lifestyle changes (like good sleep) and still have insidious weight gain due to a lowered metabolism.

That impacts thyroid function...

Carnivore/keto wrecked my thyroid. I was no carb, low carb for about 9 months and all my T numbers were not where they were supposed to be.

Added just 150 grams back a day and everything returned.

For some it works but for me it did not.
