it's quite interesting that one of the hardest things to find is toothpaste without fluoride, and especially not toothpaste that contains iodine instead
a drop of lugol's with the toothpaste fixes this, btw
iodine is the antidote for fluoride poisoning

Even as an adult, wouldn’t the fluoride get absorbed into the blood stream from the gums?
Is fluoride in toothpaste fine if I spit it all out afterwards and rinse with water (non-flouridated obviously)?
No need to ever go back to it. My struggle is finding a fluoride free toothpaste that doesn’t have xylitol or other harmful ingredients
Or never. There are plenty of fluoride-free options.
