Ah you have brain cells. I gave up on mine, physical work is a better fit for me.

Its a roll of the dice + inner experience + external environment. Sometimes its great, other times meh, and other times its overwhelming. Ive had quite a few overwhelming times, so I'm usually trying to be super light so that way I can actually function socially 😅
