[life in Venezuela]

It's a fucking joke that i went to pay the eletricity Bill and fix a problem i had (in the governent Office for that) and after doing 30+ minutes of line i only having two people in front of me, the eletricity went off and they didnt had any generator for backup at all... , they didnt had any idea went it could come back... So i leaved the place and have to go again another day..
