It is amazing how one man is changing an entire country for his people. In the process he's asking for forgiveness that it took him 4 years to start rebuilding a hospital abandoned for 120 years.
The hospital will be rebuild for over $60M, national funds, no new debt. I have a lot of respect for Bukele. He's an amazing visionary and leader.
