I fell in love with a rainbow

it was intense

she colored my sense

she was so sweet

knocked me off my feet

I guess I was sold

found my bucket of gold

we danced in the rain

waiting for a train

to take us

wherever we wanted to go

heart and soul

forever in flow

but the train never came

and while I stood there in vain

I looked up to the sky

and started to cry

the rainbow had gone

without saying goodbye.
