The issue is trusting who installs it. Could use Auditor to verify once get it but then just as easy to buy a Pixel off eBay and install yourself.

The guys at RoninDojo are selling pre-installed GOS phones. I don't think they're trying to make a living off it, but it's a nice option for people who really aren't technical at all. But GOS has made it pretty easy with the web installer method and I think most people could probably handle that if they had to. I've set up several for my family, so the uncle Jim method works too.
it looks like they're charging $100 to install Graphene or Calyx on it. hell, i'd do it for half of that.
