If that is the case, then it would be premeditated. I haven't and won't dig that far. I am limiting this discussion based on the information I and a few others have provided as being credible and germane to the specific incident. Time will tell what other facts may have bearing on this incident, but as time goes on the mob mentality sets in and it will be harder and harder for facts to make an appearance and difference to the set in motion events that suit the evil's purpose in the world.
