I have been battling with my follow list for the entire day and it’s driving me mad.
But I am incredibly hardheaded so will constantly be re-following ones that have been forcefully dropped out.

That happened to me a few days ago.
I lost 50 follows & thought I'd found them all (I hadn't though).
I logged onto nostrgram & went into the settings area. Found where you can see your follow history & saw when I lost my follows. I went through that list & added in 30 odd npubs I'd not known about.
Follows > followers
