After experimenting over the last year on and off, I've concluded animal based diet (meat, raw milk, raw honey) is what's best for at least my own body. Anything else and I get inflamed and swollen all over, get heartburn and overall just feel worse.

Raw milk and raw honey have carbs so I honestly believe it's not a matter of carbs or not, just where you're sourcing the macros from. Animals are yummy 😋
