It looks amazing but I wouldn't buy it without some very hands on user experience reports. Have some couch potato out-hike some professional guy or something - and not need treatment where the gadget tortured his skin to apply the necessary force cause to me the upper lever doesn't look like very suited to exert the force advertised on the lower lever.

I suspect you would go hiking and after half an hour you'd have some heavy gear to carry cause it ran out of battery.

Well, what other place would you check for signal on bad customer experience? I find it a relevant data point.
