It took the Mercedes benz service department 15min to get the bottom plate off my car. There's like 27 screws. There are 3 plates. 🤣
That was enough for me to be like nope.
I did have a 98 mustang. But a deer ate that up.
Same boat. Cant do jack on my car. Do consider the overhead on maintenance though. A lot of drivers barely break even and some don’t. Plus then there the value of your time factor.
