NY Senate Bill 4728 would create a task force to examine Bitcoin's impact on taxes, the environment, and businesses in the state.

Spoiler Alert: The committee will find that Bitcoin boils the oceans, causes all tax evasion, makes businesses go bankrupt and in it's spare time kicks puppies.
Oh, and it will take 2 years and $12 Million for them to put the report together.
