i hate that iOS does not support browser extensions. Apple store rules are an obstacle to progress and innovation.

That’s up to Alby, not Apple/iOS.

I don't think so, Firefox on iOS does not allow for extensions because of Apple store policies. If there is another way though...

Which depends on GetAlby, like #[3]​ correctly says, Safari for iOS and iPadOS support extensions.
