I know how that goes even working from home most days I don’t eat breakfast just get up and login, I have morning stand ups and by the time I get rolling I usually forget to eat. I also use zyn nicotine pouches so that suppresses my appetite, I need to cut down on that but at-least I stopped smoking and vaping.
