I just realized that if you subscribe to a hashtag it appears as clickable in your feed (if you're using snort)

Use the hashtag #nba for any nba content and subscribers to that hashtag will filter right to it!

Is this case sensitive? All caps or no caps?

Going forward I will be using #NFL #NBA #MLB #NHL etc.

it doesnt appear to be case sensitive. Also, this feature is only in snort - i didnt see it in Iris - but its totally coming

I’ll bet Damus will implement it soon enough - the ability to follow seems native to the protocol
